OFFICIAL RULES and REGULATIONS
By entering this Contest, participants grant Sponsors
(2P Music.com) the right, unless prohibited by law, to
use their names, voices, pictures and likeness, without
compensation, for the purpose of advertising and
publicizing the services of the Sponsors and all matters
related to the Contest in any medium, throughout the
world in perpetuity.
Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of
eligibility, an affidavit verifying the originality of
their submission. The Sponsors expressly disclaim any
responsibility and entrants agree to hold Sponsors
harmless for liability for injury or loss to any
person(s) or property relating to participation in this
Contest or the delivery and/or subsequent use or misuse
of any of the prizes awarded.
By entering this contest, I hereby agree to adhere to
the rules and regulations governing this competition. I
declare that I am the writer of all of the music
contained in my competition submission, and that
submitting this music does not violate any existing
agreement I have with any publishing or record company.
I understand that all entries become the property of 2P
Music.com and will be used in a CD project at 2P
Music.com’s sole discretion
